Plain-language rule
Credits are consumed when a chargeable AI generation or analysis job starts.
- Simple text guidance and lightweight analysis normally cost less.
- Generated redesign images, multiple variations, and higher-resolution outputs use more AI processing.
- Walkthrough/video generation generally costs more than a still-image redesign.
- When a charged generation fails because of a provider/rendering error, AstruHome should refund the charged credits.

- Repeated suspicious activity can temporarily limit credit spending while the account is reviewed.
- Ask support if a job failed and the credits were not returned.
